New Chat Feature Allows Us To Answer Your Queries On The Spot!

While revamping our website at the beginning of the year, we installed a Live Chat feature. We hope it will enhance your Overall Visitor Experience.

As a supplement to the irreplaceable experience of physically walking around a Dealer Of Excellence, our presence online is slowly becoming an integral part of the way we go about our business, not least for the way in which it helps us to easily, directly and informally talk to people who have bought Brooks in the past, or are considering doing so in the near future.

Last year, for example, we finalized plans for a new multitool based on suggestions from hundreds of online respondents.

Simply go to the Brooks site and a small box will soon pop up in the lower right hand corner of your screen. This is your cue to click on the plus sign (“+” ). If one of us is online, the box will immediately expand with a space for you to put your questions.

Whether you’re torn between a Swift and a Swallow (“Buy one of each”), unclear as to which colour you should order your Team Pro in (“Well hold on, how many bikes do you own?”), or simply curious about upcoming events we’re involved with (“Yes, the Retro Ronde does have a Best Dressed prize category”), our nimblest fingers and ablest minds will be happy to assist you in Real Time.
